What the Service Is

This is a private reference service. It stores no official jail roster, booking archive, court docket, or government record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a document. Government agencies remain responsible for their own records and answers.

The pages point readers toward the Atkinson Sheriff, actual booking custodians, city police departments, Georgia Courts, the Georgia Department of Corrections, federal locators, and selected news or secondary resources. Outside search tools may be offered for separate research, subject to their own terms.

Acceptable Use

Use the pages lawfully and respectfully. A visitor must not:

• Break a law or violate another person's rights while using the service.
• Stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or expose private information about a person.
• Use the information for hiring, firing, housing, tenant decisions, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-covered purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the pages, forms, accounts, servers, or partner systems.
• Run bots, scrapers, crawlers, or bulk extraction tools without written permission.
• Interfere with availability, security, or another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reporting Service

Atkinson County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not prepare background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports, and neither it nor its advertising partners provides screening services. Visitors agree not to use any information obtained through the service for an FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• Employment, hiring, promotion, retention, or firing decisions.
• Tenant, housing, or residential screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or similar determinations.
• Any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Links may lead to the Atkinson Sheriff, jail rosters, booking custodians, city police pages, Georgia courts, GDC, federal locators, news outlets, legal information, or outside search services. The service does not endorse or control their content, accuracy, data handling, pricing, availability, or security. Review the terms and privacy notice of each destination before using it.

Information Provided As Is

The service and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made about:

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status.
• Uninterrupted availability or response time.
• Freedom from errors, bugs, harmful code, or security gaps.
• Completeness of a partner's search results or an agency's public data.

Custody information and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement by a Sheriff, jail, police department, court, corrections agency, or government office.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atkinson County Busted Mugshots and its owners, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from access to or use of the service, linked content, search tools, or an inability to use them.

Indemnification

A visitor agrees to defend and hold harmless Atkinson County Busted Mugshots and its owners, contractors, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from the visitor's use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of another person's rights, or unlawful conduct.

Ownership and Permission

Unless credited to a content partner, the text, page design, graphics, logos, and code belong to Atkinson County Busted Mugshots or its licensors. No one may copy, republish, distribute, sell, alter, or make a derivative work from those materials without written permission, except for lawful personal viewing and ordinary linking.

Updates to These Terms

Terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted unless it states another date. Continued access after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated wording.

Access May End

Access to all or part of the service may be limited, suspended, or blocked at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational needs.

Georgia Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute should be filed in a court located within Georgia unless applicable law requires another forum.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. The affected language will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its purpose.
