Contacts for Atkinson Records

Atkinson County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, pull an official booking file, or issue a photograph. Contact the agency that owns the record for an answer.

Which Office Should Be Called?

Match the question to the record owner:

  • For a current Atkinson custody question, start with the Sheriff-linked inmate route and call the jail if the external vendor is unavailable or unclear.
  • For a booking sheet or photograph, ask the Sheriff which jail performed intake. Women and male overflow may be in Coffee County.
  • For a Pearson incident report, call Pearson Police at 912-422-7411 or City Hall at 912-422-3397. The city materials do not publish a local form, fee, or turnaround.
  • For a Willacoochee incident report, call Willacoochee Police at 912-534-5991 and review its live department information. A copy may take four to five business days after review and compilation.
  • For a court case or disposition, call the Atkinson Clerk or use Georgia Courts e-access. For sentenced custody, use the Georgia Department of Corrections offender search.
  • For federal or immigration custody, use the BOP or ICE locator when those facts fit. A county jail call cannot answer every federal question.

Records Request Starting Points

The Sheriff posts no dedicated open-records form or local booking-photo fee schedule. A written request should identify the existing booking sheet or photograph, full name, arrest date or narrow range, and known booking number. Ask for electronic delivery and a cost estimate. Georgia's Open Records Act generally calls for available nonexempt records within three business days or a written response with timing, cost, and an exemption.

For a city incident report, request from the police department that made the arrest. For GDC records, use the separate state process. A private reference cannot forward a request or guarantee a response.

Messages for This Service

Questions about the private reference service can be directed through its published contact channel when available. Questions about custody, a booking image, bond, a warrant, a court case, or a release must go to the appropriate government office above. Do not send emergency information by email. A tip belongs with the Sheriff's Office at 912-422-3611 or its published tip contacts.
